Steve & Helena had booked this photoshoot back at the start of the year, before they were expecting. Helena is a good friend, and about a month before the session, we chatted about what they were hoping for and dreaming of for this photoshoot. Little did I know that this would be her opportunity to tell me that she was pregnant. The way she announced her pregnancy to me was by showing me her inspiration for this shoot. She pulled out her phone and started scrolling through a Pinterest board of photos that just so happened to be full of baby announcement photos. 🥹
And so this couple session turned into a maternity photoshoot, and we had such a fun time! Helena’s yellow dress and hair bow are just everything we dreamed of this photoshoot being! Add in the beautiful sky we got, and it was perfect.
