On the inquiry call we'll get your photoshoot date locked in by taking your session fee payment and scheduling your design consultation.

STEP 02 OF 05
About a month before your session we'll do your design consultation. This is a video call where we figure out your outfits, vision, location and heirloom products! I want to take all that off your plate!
This is also where you start dreaming about where in your home you want your wall art, prints and albums!

STEP 03 OF 05
We’ve decided on a location and a time with that beautiful glowy light, you’ve put together the cutest outfits, now we make your photo dreams come true!
Pretty much, you do a whole lot of walking and smiling while I direct you. Not to worry, I’ll help you with what to do with your hands. ;)

03: SHOOT

Once I’ve gone through and curated your photos, we will do a reveal session where I'll walk you through picking your favourite photos for your walls and albums.
Once you pick your favourites, I will place your product order and deliver the matching high res digital via a private online gallery straight to your email.
This is the part for happy tears!

This is where you get your wall art, prints and albums into your home!
No more digital files being forgotten about on your phone or hard drive, never to be enjoyed.

I am based out of southern Manitoba, but serve couples and families throughout Manitoba.
Where Are You Located?
The session fee covers the planning meeting beforehand as well as the session, and images are purchased after during our final meeting. We’ll also select your products during this time!.
Are all the images Included?
I don't. Editing is a HUGE part of my work and giving out raw work would be like a chef giving out raw chicken. Trust me, you don't want it ; )
Do You Give Out Unedited Photos?
We’ll have a reveal session after your shoot to review your images, and I will help you narrow down to your favourites. This is also where we finalize product design based on your favorites
When do we pick our images?
The first step for you to take is to fill out the contact form right here on my site. From there, I will give you a call and walk you through the details. :)
how do i book you?
If for some reason you have to cancel or reschedule your shoot, the session fee is non-refundable. In order to book your new date, a new retainer will need to be paid.
What if we cancel/reschedule our date?
I shot my first wedding in 2019 but have had a camera in my hand since age 12 and officially registered as a business in 2020.
How long have you been a photographer?
If it's pouring rain on the day of your session we have a couple options. We can go with a backup indoor location (studio fees may apply), or reschedule to another day. If we reschedule due to weather that can't be worked around, you won't be charged a rescheduling fee.
What happens if the weather is bad?
I don't do any photoshopping to change how you look. I believe you were beautifully and purposefully created by an almighty God and I am here to document that beauty. The only time I touch photoshop is if someone keeps blinking in family photos and I need to combine 2 photos in order to get a photo of everyone looking at the camera.
That being said, if you have an annoying pimple that pops up the day of your session (something temporary that would go away in a week), I can brush that out for you!
Will you photoshop us?
Yes! I work with a professional photographer-only print lab to specialize in offering heirlooms like albums, wall art and prints. I am so excited to walk you through this process and show you all my custom products. All of my heirloom prints & products are handmade right here in Canada!
Do you offer prints?
Your photos will be edited within 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot. We will schedule a reveal session where we'll go through these together and pick your favourites for on your walls and in an album!
What is your turnaround time?
Absolutely! We will book a design consultation call for about a month before your session. This is where we plan your outfits, location, vision and products. Plus, you always have access to me through my email from Monday to Friday! :)
Do you help in the planning process?
I always have 2 SD cards in my camera so that if one fails, I'll still have a backup. As soon as I get home, I back up all your photos onto 2 different external hard drives and store one of those in a fire-safe box.
